Acceptable Use Policy

• This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules applicable to the use of Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s ICT services, systems, networks, platforms, internet connectivity, email, cloud services, cybersecurity tools, end-user devices and related technology resources. These rules support legal compliance, information security, operational stability and the protection of Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd, its employees, clients, partners and service users.
• All users agree to use Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s services and technology resources in a responsible, lawful and secure manner consistent with this AUP. Failure to comply with this AUP may result in restricted access, suspension or termination of services, disciplinary action, contractual remedies and/or referral to the appropriate authorities, where applicable.
• Any criminal, illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive or unethical activity, including activity that violates applicable South African laws, regulations, contractual obligations or client policies.
• Any use that disrupts, degrades, overloads, circumvents or interferes with Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s ability to provide secure and reliable ICT services to its clients, employees or stakeholders.
• Any use that infringes, compromises or interferes with the rights, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, systems, data or security of Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd, its clients, suppliers, employees or any third party.
• Any use that breaches a contract, service level agreement, client instruction, information security requirement, internal policy, acceptable use requirement or other terms and conditions applicable to the use of Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s services or resources.
• The use of Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s services to send unsolicited direct marketing, spam, phishing messages, malicious content, deceptive communications or any communication that contravenes applicable law, regulatory requirements, client policies or recognised industry codes of conduct.
  
  Reporting unacceptable Use




Please report any suspected unacceptable use, security incident, misuse of services, policy breach or unauthorised activity involving Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd’s systems or services to support@enovative.co.za.

 Amendments to this Policy

• Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd may amend this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, technology, security requirements, service offerings, client requirements or operational practices. Where material changes are made, Enovative Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated policy or communicating the changes through appropriate channels.

Take Down Notices

Enovative Technologies Africa has nominated ISPA as the agent for purposes of receiving take-down notifications in terms of section 75 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. For take down notices, please report to ISPA.
